Plastering on two interior breeze block walls using battens

I require plastering to be done on 2 breeze block walls inside my unit. One wall is about 4.5m wide and the other is 2.3m wide. I would like it done using battens to enable running cables down behind the wall in the future. I would also like the cornices etc to be done along with the job.
