Hi folks,
We are looking for a long term relationship with a quality plasterer. Need some plastering work done on a bedroom, living room wall and fix a couple of spots. House located in Daisy Hill, 4127.
My guess is the work will be split over 2 days. 2nd day in a quick sand and skim. Maybe it can be done in one day if it drys quick enough?
The job can start from the 28/1, but must be finished by the end of 30/1. 28/1 is the Australia day public holiday, so it is up to you if you want to start on that day or the next. As long as the job is done by the 30th (Very important).
1) Bedroom (3.3 x 4.1) walls and ceiling. The room will also need 55mm cove cornice. Gyprock will already be on walls. No photos available yet as the work has not been completed.
2) I also need some further work completed in the living room.
1 wall - 5.8 w, 2.4 h. 3 edges - 2 inside edges, 1 outside edge. 55mm cornice required.

How we will choose the plasterer
a) Upfront agreed price for work is required. Please quote.
b) an absolute must, must be completed by the end of the day on the 30th. Please state that is can be done in the timeframes.
c) tidy work area maintained. No dust = :)
