1920's double brick house with solid plaster on walls and larden plaster ceilings.
BEDROOM1 4mx3m, has loose plaster on one wall of which most can come off and be replaced with plaster sheet. & other walls have some damp spots and need some patching. Fit new false plaster sheet ceiling over top of existing larden plaster ceiling & fit 125mm cornice. Ceiling joists have been drill hole marked from above.
BEDROOM2 3.6mx4.7m May? time & cost permitting - get 125mm cornice put up in this room
Have a sample of cornice on site. Will organise any disconnections of services and be around to assist with lifting cornice but not ceiling sheets (you supply your own sheet lifter)
Will supply own skip/bin for rubbish removal
Site location only 500m from Vitale's in Abbotsford
