Looking for quotes for:
Plastering 2 rooms + bathroom in my new extension. Located in West Footscray, Melbourne.
Includes:
1 lounge room 10m x 5m
1 bedroom 8m x 5m
1 bathroom 2m x 5m
Basically two large rooms one above the other at the read of my house, and an ensuite bathroom.
Lounge room ceiling is 2.7m high and bedroom ceiling is a vaulted ceiling, 2m at walls going up to about 3m in the centre.
All pretty straightforward, not too many fiddly bits. Walls are all straight and square as they are new.
Cost range I have put is just a guess.
