Approx 115m2 of ceiling to be redone in gyprock, and 110l/m of wall above the picture rail (900mm high) to be sheeted over existing wall. fit ornamental cornice - fairly basic art deco cornice (will be supplied) (80mm ceiling x 120mm wall x 3.6m in length)
fibrous plaster sheet to be removed from ceiling and old cornice removed, electrician will remove fittings etc prior to start
