We have 3 rooms that require new plasterboard on the ceiling and walls. Wall surfaces have been stripped of old plaster and currently have the lathes still attached. These can be removed if recommended. Ceilings have been stripped to joists.
House is old has been recently restumped and levelled. Walls and ceilings may require some straightening or packing.
Room dimensions are 3.5m x 3.6m, 4.5m x 3.6m and 12.5m x 1.2m. Ceiling height is 3.3m thorughout.
