3 bedroom house undergoing renovations require plasterboard/gyprock to be installed on walls and ceiling.
Wet areas will need villaboard put in.
Walls are a combination of timber stud and brick. Brick walls will need plasterboard to be stuck to it.
Walls cover approx 270sqms.
Total ceiling area is approx 130sqm. Half of that will require a suspended ceiling setup with aluminium battens.
Wet areas walls include 2 bathrooms and 1 laundry, require villaboard and are a combination of brick and timber stud walls.
Total wet area wall is approx 70sqm.
Cornices in wet areas are to be square set.
Cornices in all other areas to have standard cove cornices.
Supply and install all plasterboard/gyprock/villaboard, all to be stopped and have a finish level for painting.
