Need a 28mm rondo grid ceiling system to maintain max ceiling height with 10mm plaster board and standard 90mm coving. Total of approx 47m square in a lounge, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Current ceiling is painted vermiculite. Ground floor unit with great direct street access and parking. Unit is occupied but furniture can be removed prior to work starting where possible.
