Require new plasterboard ceiling and cornices fitted to kitchen, rumpus room and small laundry. Plaster board to be attached to large exposed timber beams (70’s style) in all three rooms.
Will also be needing to place insulation batts behind plaster and have some holes made for downlights.
Measurements for each room are:
Kitchen: 3.6m x 4.0m and 2.1m x 3.0m
Rumpus room: 3.6m x 4.0m
Small Laundry: 1.4m x 2.9m
