Plaster touchup interior walls 8.5yr home never sealed make good for paint

4 bed, 2 bath house. 8.5 years old, plaster has never been sealed nor painted. Has chips and cracks ( cracks mostly at ceiling height ) and some small stains / marks. Wanting to have plaster touched up ready for sealing and painting. As such a large job am wanting at least 3 quotes from people that have been in business a long time. Am wanting to do in two stages. Front lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and second bedroom and bathroom first as the first stage.
