I have a room with an exposed tile roof that developed a leak that ruined the plasterboard ceiling and damaged the solid plaster walls.
The roof has been repaired and retiled. I need a solid plasterer to chip out the damaged plaster, deal with the salt damage to the bricks and re-plaster the walls.
Then I need the plaster sheet on the ceiling replaced. The room is approximately 3.5 meters square.
This is not a big job but it does require someone who can do solid plaster and who knows how to deal with the salt leaching that is now in the brick work.
