Sheet over existing ceiling (only) of fibro sheet with Gyprock Plaster board and fit cornice. One room only, empty of furnishings. Room is 7.5 x 5.0 metres. Walls are cavity brick. Existing ceiling installed with fibro/AC sheet in 1976 is painted/sealed and NOT to be removed. Boxed in steel beam across centre of room (5.0 metre length) to be sheeted over in plaster board as well. Three day window at the end of September to complete job.
