1. remove and replace 6m vic gutter cornice 5 yo home at malvern.
2. remove and replace 5m3 to bathroom, patch 600mm2 hole in foyer and patch a couple of 600mm2 holes to another bathroom. all at apartment building in city.
will have regular patch up & repair work. must do quality work and work well with clients, always use drop sheets and take away waste. payment on completion. excellent rates paid.
