1. create store room
supply 2 partition walls (metal stud) in office against an existing corner to create a store room. supply and install door frame and fit existing door (standard size). supply and install lock on door.
2. fit a new partition wall (metal stud) with built in sliding door (to be supplied) (can also fit smaller swing door if sliding door unfeasable).
wall and door must be sound proofed and include air vent in door large enough to handle air flow from 2 extractor fans.
patch holes in existing wall where electrical points have been removed.
3. all walls to be painted in similar greyish colours to existing walls.
