I require an old ceiling taken down and new plasterboard ceiling put up at a higher level. The original ceiling height in the room is 3.5 metres, so just under this height to allow for downlights. The area is approx 22.5-22 sq m, with the dimensions of the room being 5.553 x 3.75 and 1.25 x 1.8. I imagine this job will require a few guys to do given the dimensions. The current walls at the property are brick and this work is part of a ground floor renovation. There is also some other minor building work that can be quoted on if you have these skills.
