New kitchen requires bulkhead, and repair/install of 25 year old cornices

I like a quote some supply/install of bulkhead in my new kitchen. The height from the cupboard to the ceiling is about 25cm. Length for the joins to the cupboars (horizontal measurments) are approximately 60cm, 255cm, 90cm, and 240cm. Also required is some cornice work in tying the bulkhead to the ceiling. We'd like to keep the design of our current cornice, which has patterns and is about 25 years old. Not really sure of how to estimate the budget of this job.
