Room is 7.62m x 3.81m. Ceiling is cathedral style with 9" x 2" beams on 80cm centres (qty. 8) length approx 4m. Job is to frame as needed to allow gyprock board below the beams, install gyprock board and finish. Insulation to be installed above the new ceiling. Downlights will be installed by electical.
