I am in need of some urgent repairs to a house in flemington (208 pinoak crescent). the roof is crumbling in one room and another appears to be cracking. we had the 2 front room ceilings replaced with plasterboard last year and suspect that this is now required in 2 further rooms
neither room has cornices. first room is approximatley 4.0m x 3.7m. second room is 3.0m x 3.0m. the ceilings are relatively high, approx 3m.
