Require someone to plaster 3 new stud walls (all no more than 2-3 ft long), patch up ceiling and wall where we are removing a wall, patch plaster after the removal of "box" feature from wall in kitchen and replace ceiling cornice back onto roof once removed. Minor patching of ceiling after removal of old light fittings, ceiling fan, etc. May require more than one visit (before and after kitchen removal).
