Total ceiling area 18m2. kitchen is 16m2 (3.5m x 4.5m) and small hallway adjoining 2m2 (2m x 1m). currently has fibre sheeting and we would like a neat ceiling with plasterboard sheets and cornices. if you can relocate doorways you can offer that and plaster the old doorway both on kitchen side and bedroom side.
