This job is to batten out the existing ceiling to ensure the new ceiling is straight and level, then fix plasterboard, with a square set to the four walls. The shaft to the skylight needs to be trimmed to the new ceiling level and the corners and edges to the shaft need to be stopped and finished. There is also a second skylight, which is slightly smaller in an adjacent bedroom that needs the corners and edges finished at the same time. The shaft for the second skylight is short as well.
