There are another two but not as bad. I'm not sure what is causing it as the house is only 20 mths old.

I'm in a 20 month old house and have just noticed a problem above the dining romm/theatre room door, the cornice and ceiling seem to be being pushed down resulting in ceiling cracks of 10com... There is also another couple of similar ones in the living area and kitchen. I'm not sure the cause or how much it will cost.
