Just need this bit patched as cheaply as possible as we are selling the house. The work to be done is above the 2.7m high picture rail. I have a picture and can email it if you give me your email. Difficult for you to go to the house at the moment for a quote as mum is not there and I live over an hour away, so the emailed picture I can give you, is all you will need to quote from.
