Brickwall in lounge, wall is approx 7m wide and 2.5m high. there is a large window within the wall that is approx 3m x 2m tall. there is a fancy cornice at the top, that will either need to be platered up to or replaced depending on if you can remove or replace it. skirting is timber which can be removed and replaced.
