Our ground floor apartment currently has noise issues from apartment above, so we will be removing the existing plaster roof and disposing of it.
There are three rooms that will have the ceiling removed, one living room, one bedroom and a hallway. There is a total of 40sq/m to be plastered and the ceilings are 3.3m high.
We will supply 2 layers of 16mm FyrChek and insulation batts and am looking for someone to perform the installation.
I would like to use a Resilient Furring channel with sound clips to decouple the new ceiling from the beams.
