Current ceiling is treated chipboard and rear wall is laminated (fake) wood panelling.
I’d like the ceiling and wall either replaced or new plasterboard installed, prepare surface for paint and additionally patch 2 old box Air Con type holes with plasterboard (One in kitchen and one in family room). Also adjust the the roof tilt (flat tin roof), apparently needs some minor adjustment on the fall; water has been pooling on a section of the roof and not running off into the gutter.
The room dimensions are approximately 5970mm x 3770mm x 2460mm.
