replace/upgrade finish of rendered brick walls in internal rumpus. Want to improve appearance and seeking advice / options before final decision, but absolutely wants work done. maybe plasterboard (or similar) or re-render - not sure. Also erect new partition. the space is approximately 3m x 7m.
