1. Remove existing damaged Victorian gutter-style cornice in front half of hallway (approx 10 lineal metres).
2. Install new Victorian gutter-style cornice in front half of hallway (approx 10 lineal metres) and back half of hallway (approx 9.5 lineal metres). Cornice will be provided by client.
3. Install new ceiling rose in back half of hallway. Rose will be provided by client.
Ceilings in hallway are approx 3.5m high.
