Lee's comments: Approximate estimate of 250 m2 of walls area (I think). Two roof areas only in a bathroom and a large laundry for installation. This is for a house I just bought. Take a look at "28 Annette Rd Hillbank" on realestate.com or domain.com to see a floorplan of my home. Job is for installation of gyprock in all upstairs areas except kitchen and bathroom. Also downstairs laundry, living room, and bathroom. Installation is for walls only. Downstairs bathroom is roof only and downstairs laundry is both walls and roof.
Removal of the old wood panelling walls will probably get done by me before installation. The house will have no furniture or anything inside.
I'm looking for someone to do it cheap and soon or I'll probably just do it myself.
