Property is a 2 bedroom unit, approx size of rooms Bed1 4m x 3m, Bed2 3.5m x 3m, Living 4m x 4m & Kitchen 2.5m x 2.5m. Interior walls are brick/blocks, sheets can be stuck on directly no battening required. At this stage I just want the walls & ceiling to the stage where I can paint them myself, however happy to get a quote for painting too.
