I require three actions:
1. I have had a light moved in my kitchen leaving a 7cm hole that requires patching.
2. There is another light in the kitchen that has been recently put in and some damage occured in the gyprock.
3. Someone used my man hole and as they were exiting cracked off a piece of cornice that is now hanging by its paper sleeve.
4. A number of years ago a plumbing leak in my bathroom resulted in the air ventilation fan falling out due to the wet gyprock. A "kind" family member has attempted to fix a piece back in and it has not worked and needs replacing. The square piece is about 40cm x 40cm.
