Our garage ceiling has never been plastered and we would like to have this completed. This is a tandem garage approx 4mtrs x 14mtrs in size (56m2). There are 3 flauro light fittings (approx 3ft each), 1 light motion sensor and the garage door ceiling mounted opener to be removed and then re-installed. All of these items are currently connected to the ceiling joists. We would also like to have square cornice all way around with the whole job completed to a standard that it will be ready for painting.
