I have been told that i needed to affix a false ceiling to my thin concrete ceiling in my bedroom and living room to insulate from noise coming from upstairs apartment with floorboards. There are a few available products out there and they are seem to think they are better.
I need a plasterer who not only would be able to install this for me but will also be able to provide advice on which products to use for maximum insulation and in the most cost effective way.
