I'd like advice and quote on a false ceiling as a solution for to a thin concrete ceiling in my bedroom and living room to insulate from noise coming from upstairs apartment with floorboards.
I need a plasterer who not only would be able to install this for me but will also be able to provide advice on which products to use for maximum insulation and in the most cost effective way.
