Extensive patching/repairs to walls & celing of 2 bed house
Jane requested 3 quotes from Plasterers in Seddon
Extensive repairs required to solid plaster walls and ceilings of 2 bedrooms, hallway, lounge and kitchen. Possibly also some repairs/replacement of sheet plaster in bathroom and laundry. Most walls currently wallpapered, so this will need to be removed first. One wall in lounge, and one in the kitchen have timber paneling (ie. not work required).
The house will then need painting (i've listed this as a separate job).
I have recently purchased (and not yet settled), so will need to coordinate access with the estate agent. Otherwise i have the floor plan and lots of photos.
