Remove existing plaster board and install thermal insulation on south facing bedroom wall. Install new dry wall and do some minor repairs to the cornice after removal of a built in wardrobe. May need a return visit to install a new cornice after the installation of a new built in wardrobe on the adjacent wall. The wall is about 4m long and 2.7 m high with picture rails. The job is in Caringbah NSW
