We have just bought a flat in Randwick, It is on the 3rd floor. The celing area is about 42sqm. The work will take place when the flat is empty. Ideally I would like to recover as much height as possible so if feasible I would like to remove it. Or I guess the other option is to cover it up? Any questions please ask.
