The ceiling has cornice which was placed 3 years ago so would prefer not to remove them if possible. I can send photos of ceiling if required. The paint was removed as it was clocking but when removed the ceiling became uneven as not all plaster came evenly, so result is that the ceiling is not flat anymore but was painted neatly. We would now need to re-plaster it and paint over it to get a neat ceiling.
