Plaster ceiling sagging from corner of garage covering about 5 sq metre and cornice in corner of garage has come away from joist. There is some minor buckling of plaster in this area where plaster is attached to ceiling horizontal beams. Water leak unknown and no evidence of this. Cause for ceiling sag unknown.
