Wanted to get quotes on repairs as there is a leak from bedroom ceiling (1storey house)

Install new celing
40 sqm with 100 mm corners two rooms, bathroom, toilet and a halway.

Soundproofing walls
Barrierboard or similar on existing bedroom wall to block out noisy neighbours

Some plastering
the paint in the hallway ,lounge ,dinning area and kitchen is flaking off...

Repair several holes in walls
Several large and small holes left from pictures and after removal of light...
