A 1920s plaster ceiling in Tempe needs patching and repairing

1. I have replaced the leaking roof but some water has cracked the cornice. There is a gap in cornice which I can't patch. It is 2 x 50 cm.
2. One of the 9 ceiling panels has cracked because I accidentally trod on it when I was up in the attic.
It is cracked but not broken. The panel is 13mm thick and approx. 11 x 11 cm.
