Mat requested 3 quotes from Plasterers in Neutral Bay
i) Ceiling in bathroom, laundry and toilet replaced. Bathroom ceiling is being raised 100mm, so will need to be hung / supported. Others are quite small - will add measurements tonight, but accurate estimate: Bathroom: 3m x 1.6. Toilet 1m x 1m. Laundry 1.6 x 1.6.
ii) Pipes in bathroom and laundry need to be reframed and gyprocked for tiling.
All demo taken care of.
