Approx 7.0m total Horizontal taperjoints in walls between the various doors and windows. 4 x 3.6m long joints (tapered) in ceiling. 7 x 300mm (approx) butt or taper wall joints - above doors and above/below windows. 4 x internal corners (3 x 2.4m High, 1 x 300mm). 1 x external corner - (2.4 m H - from 1.4m W x 350 mm deep alcove in one corner of room. Flat ceiling 2.4m H throughout. Plasterer to provide & fit Cornice - New York profile. Local Supplier - SurryHill Plaster at end of road.
