We are looking for an ongoing, long term freelance photographer to assist with taking sports team photos and individual player portraits on a casual basis throughout the year. Our business is building and we anticipate having work available for this person on a weekly basis.
Shoots are generally Sundays from 8am (gameday) or on weeknights (training) from 4pm.
Although photography gear and lighting will be supplied, you must have your own reliable Canon DSLR (minimum 7D) and L-Series Lenses, etc. as a back up and also for if you are working solo.
Sound knowledge and experience working with studio flash lighting is essential as is the ability to work in a fast-past, high-pressure environment.
Any close-up sports action photography skills using longer lenses would be a huge advantage as we also provide coverage of sporting events.
