I believe there is 1 possum.
ours is a 2-storey house, capecod style (steep roof). the possum is occupying in the space between ground & first floor. we need this possum removed, and then get the house possum proofed, with good warranty terms.
last year there was a "possum man" who inspected our place (for a fee) and said it's already possum proof, and the noises were probably rats. he turned out to be wrong, as later a possum was sighted when i tried to look, and it has been incredibly noisy at night at around 4am.
