Tenants suspect that a possum is living in the roof of the property. noises are heard at approximately 7am each morning, for about 10 - 15 minutes. it sounds like footsteps that eventually subside.
the roof is a pitched tin roof so i'm concerned that the possum is not actually in the roof itself but simply climbing over the tin roof (thus causing the noises).
i need someone to inspect the roof and remove the possum if one is actually in the roof.
