Bottom Storey Roof, section has been peeled back by the pest and looks like it is the point of entry into the roof for the pest. Can hear thumping & scattering of feet in Bedroom 3 of lower floor, there is also yellow stains appearing on the plaster roof in the bedroom. We are not sure if we have possum(s) or some type of roof rats. Could it be a combination of both. We need them to be removed ASAP so we can fix roof, to stop point of entry.
