A strange odour is eminating from one of the bedrooms in a 5 yr old home that we just purchased in Keilor East. one storey house. checked carpets, smelt walls & curtains, cannot determine... A strange odour is eminating from one of the bedrooms in a 5 yr old home that we just purchased in Keilor East. one storey house. checked carpets, smelt walls & curtains, cannot determine where/why odour is there mostly in the evenings. Possibly a dead animal?? have no idea determined to find outr what is it and to rectify problem as this is my 7 yr old daughters bedroom. Have been in the house only one day and the smell which appears to settle down different times of day and become more potent in the evening is 'doing my head in'. Please if there is anyone that can help me and give me some advice. As a mum of 2 kids, I certainly do not want my kids sleeping in a room that might be hazardous or harmful to theri health. I just to solve the problem and QUICKLY. Have asked the previous owner, he knew nothing. It is really distressing. Please advise ASAP. Ves.
