We are moving into an established house - a full pest inspection has been conducted inside and out and has found no signs of termites - however - they advised us that termites love peppercorn trees and were unable to properly inspect the peppercorn tree. we have been told that it would be best to have it drilled to check that there are none present within it. we are looking for a cost effective solution to check just the tree and treat it if required.
