The house is built on a concrete slab , with doorway through to the garage. to enter the garage from the house you have to step down. the step is timber and upon stepping on the edge it crumbled away. on further inspection , tapping with hammer i found it to be very hollow and looking a little closer saw a termite crawling inside.
i need to have these sprayed and have an inspection to make sure there is no more.
